Paul Chiswick elected to the RCSA ANRA Council

We’re pleased to share that Paul Chiswick, Alliance Nursing Executive General Manager, has been elected to the RCSA Association of Nursing Recruitment Agencies (ANRA) Council.

ANRA is the peak body for healthcare, community care and disability support providers. It plays an important role in providing industry guidance and working closely with government and regulators to strengthen standards across the sector.

Paul brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience to his new role, along with deep expertise in talent acquisition, contingent workforce management and HR outsourcing. Since 2011, he has played a key role in growing national nursing, home care and industrial agency services across Australia. His strengths in contract management, client service, candidate care and Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) position him well to contribute meaningfully to ANRA’s agenda.

With a strong strategic focus and a commitment to improving workforce outcomes, Paul’s appointment is an excellent opportunity to influence industry discussions and help shape the future of healthcare workforce support in Australia.
