Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is a priority for our organisational culture, and an area in which we wish to continue to grow and mature.

We aim to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace that reflects the wonderfully diverse communities in which we operate to ultimately create a better Australia. We strive to be a place where people of all backgrounds, attributes and orientations feel a sense of belonging, and are supported to reach their individual potential.

We believe everyone has a part to play in their sphere of influence, to contribute to an inclusive and supportive environment. Ultimately, it is our everyday actions and behaviours that shape our organisational culture.
